Terms of Service

Version: 1.0 • Effective: 2026-01-01

By accessing or using the website and courses, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Key points

  • Courses are for personal or business training; redistribution or resale of content is prohibited.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
  • Refund policy depends on cohort and course type; contact support for details before purchase.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. License & permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own learning and internal business use. You must not copy, mirror, scrape, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the materials except as explicitly allowed.

  • No sharing of private course links, downloads, or cohorts.
  • No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass access controls.
  • No use of the service to develop competing training products using protected content.

3. Payments, renewals, and refunds

If you purchase a paid course or subscription, you agree to pay the displayed price and applicable taxes. Renewal terms, if any, are shown during checkout. Refunds (if available) depend on the course type and cohort schedule.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes interfering with normal operation, attempting unauthorized access, uploading malware, or using the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

  • Do not send spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing.
  • Do not harass others or post content that violates rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to overload the service (DDoS, brute-force, abuse).

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, designs, and course materials are owned by FloraCraft Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license described above, no rights are granted to you.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will meet your requirements. Any reliance on course outcomes is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to access materials ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Version” at the top indicates the current version. We recommend reviewing the terms periodically. Continuing to use the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
